General Policy

Enrolment in the course does not guarantee the student will achieve the desired score in the PTE Academic test; however, it will help to build the skills needed to improve your results.

Payment Policy

Confirmation of full payment of the lesson or the course fee is required before undertaking classes.

Refund Policy
PTE Smart offers digital content that can be accessed immediately following a purchase. After purchasing any product, there is no "trial" or "grace period", so all sales are final. There is no way to return content once it has been purchased. Consequently, refunds are not available.

Pauses Policy

No pauses are allowed once you have started a course.


Weekly Extra Material
After the course has ended, students can purchase additional access to our materials for a weekly fee and for a maximum of four more weeks.

Material Policy

  1. The material is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use. Therefore, the student cannot copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute the material in any manner with third parties under any circumstances.

2. Access to the material will be available only throughout the course. Once the course has been finished, access to the material will be withdrawn.
